Climate Journey around the World

Around the World along the eighth degree of longitude. The visitors on the “journey” in the Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8° Ost experience how it’s like to live in the most important climate zones on earth: From dry heat in the desert, via pack-ice in Antarctica to tropical heat on Western Samoa.

In the exhibition area „Elements“ experiments on fire, earth, water and air show the connection between weather and climate. The „opportunities“ show what every single person can contribute to the protection of the climate.
